BYPL Connect is an iPhone application developed by BSES Yamuna Power Limited (BYPL) that aims to provide a hassle-free experience for their consumers. As a joint venture between Reliance Infrastructure Limited and the Government of NCT, Delhi, BYPL has been implementing power distribution reforms in the national capital since 2002, and is known for its reliable and quality power supply as well as customer-friendly practices.
With a consumer base of 17 lakh, BYPL Connect operates in an area spanning around 200 sq km in East and Central Delhi. The app is designed to provide consumers with a range of features and functionalities that make it easier to manage their power consumption, pay bills, and register complaints. Consumers can view their bills, check their payment history, and pay their bills through the app. They can also register complaints, track their status, and receive updates on their resolution. The app also provides information on power outages, scheduled maintenance, and other important updates.
